The age bands are not the whole tax calculation
Primary registration is only one line. Your complete import estimate still needs the purchase price, Korean logistics and export, freight and insurance, customs valuation and duty, Kazakhstan VAT, engine- or excise-related charges where applicable, recycling payment, conformity, brokerage, terminal costs, plates and transport to your city.

The best age is the one with the strongest final combination of price, condition, specification, remaining useful life and resale—not automatically the newest or cheapest.
